Mask Up

Yes! I am sewing masks/face coverings as fast as I possibly can. I've even got some of the sweetest helpers, from Papa Savage to the littlest Savage helping me cut fabric and elastic or organizing orders. Mixed in with the adventure of "homeschooling" 4 different grades (that's a whole new post) and pretending to keep the house clean, I'm sewing every day and night.

If you find yourself in need of a face covering please click the About & Contact button and send a message to order yours! You can also contact Raising Little Savages through Facebook or Instagram. I have several different prints available and 4 different sizes (XS - Child, S - Youth, M- Women, L - Men). These are not permitted for use on children under the age of 2 years. Each one is made to with two layers of cotton fabric, has elastic ear straps and includes a pocket where you can insert additional layers or a disposable mask for added protection (the XS size does not have a pocket). They are all washable and reversible. All face coverings are sent out immediately upon completion (shipping and local pickup available) and there is currently a wait list of up to one week.

Each mask/face covering is $5 and proceeds are going towards my sewing and donating mask/ face covering to the healthcare workers who are on the front lines. In just the last few days alone, we've been able to sew over 100 masks and every day gets us closer to adding another "0" to the end of that. I sincerely thank each and every one of you who have donated, purchased and shared our posts to get the word out and the face coverings to everyone possible.

Above you can see the Little Savages masked up! The littlest Savage is in an XS, the middle boys are in a youth S, and Lil' E is rocking his cheeseburgers in a M.

As we are all being surrounded by this new world we may find ourselves wondering how we can help to make things better. This is our "how". With covid19 making it's way throughout our cities and towns, it is important for us all to remember that we do have a part in all of this, no matter how seemingly small. So stay home, flatten the curve and if you have to go out for essentials, please wear a face covering (see CDC recommendations) and make smart choices to keep those around you safe and healthy.
